Return Policy
At Sheri’s Vacuums, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
In-Store Returns Only
By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree that returns are accepted only in person and only after inspection by our staff. Shipped returns are not accepted.
To be considered for return approval:
- The product must be brought to our store location
- The item must be inspected by staff before any return or exchange is approved
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Products must be in acceptable condition with original accessories and packaging when applicable
Approval of returns is at the sole discretion of Sheri’s Vacuums following inspection.
Store Credit & Restocking Fee
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only. No cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method will be issued.
A 25% cleaning and restocking fee may apply to approved returns.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Products returned by mail or shipping carrier
- Used vacuum bags or filters
- Consumable or hygiene-related items
- Special order products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care
Manufacturer Warranty
Many products sold by Sheri’s Vacuums may still be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty claims, coverage, repairs, and approvals are subject solely to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and warranty process.
Sheri’s Vacuums does not guarantee warranty approval by the manufacturer.
